                     A)   Mastering the phone: Write down what you want to say to them.  You need to know, what, when and how to speak to them.
       
                     B)   Benefits of your product: Share with them the benefits they’ll receive when they use your product. Why did you start using the product yourself?  If you have multiple products pick the one you are most passionate about and share its benefits.

                     C)    Seal the deal: Demonstrate leadership and know your product.  Always be in control of the conversation, people want to know you can solve their problem.
